Thanks to our connection to an extensive testing and certification infrastructure — High-throughput testing facility — we have daily access to hundreds of real-world test scenarios. This allows us to push the boundaries of conventional vehicle inspection and emissions diagnostics toward developing our own high-sensitivity hardware modules.

Project CTEM

Compact Telemetric Emissions Module (Portable Emissions Measurement System)

01 PROBLEM

Current stationary analyzers — at the standard of AVL DITEST — are too bulky and closed for mobile applications and direct software integration into proprietary test benches.

02 SOLUTION

We are prototyping an ultra-compact emissions module. We focus on developing our own control PCB and firmware for real-time gas composition data collection — CO, CO₂, HC, O₂, NOx.

03 SOURCING

We are currently in the Hardware Prototyping & OEM Component Sourcing phase. We are actively seeking bare OEM NDIR analyzers of highest precision for integration into our systems.
